InfoWorld reports "U.S. agencies receive D+ cybersecurity grade." And we're not talking ab out some insignificant agengies. (No offense meant.) Problem agencies include the Department of State, Department of Homeland Security (gasp!), and the Department of Commerce. Most improved were the Department of Transportation and the Department of Silly Walks. (I am joking about the latter.)
