Instapundit points to a slideshow of photos from the elections. I know many oppose the US being there. I know some will not rejoice until we are out of there. But, no matter what side of the aisle you may sit on, can we all agree that this is an incredible time?

There are a few of the pictures that are stuck in my head now. The smiles of the men lined up waiting. The American soldier and Iraqi soldier standing guard together. The Iraqi security guard running a metal detector over the mule... and the smiling woman, fingers -- one blue-stained -- raised in a sign of... peace? victory? Maybe both.
